摘要
教育安全作为国家安全软实力的核心要素之一,也逐渐受到学界重视。但随着职业教育国际化的步伐加快,职业教育领域的教育安全研究稍显薄弱。按照“不忘本源”“不忘本然”“不忘本性”“不忘本位”的哲学思路,职业院校的教育安全应对策略,即不忘本源,深耕国际交流与合作资源质量和趋同化管理;不忘本然,构建“世界水准、中国特色、区域标志”的国际化办学质量标准;不忘本性,完善“课程思政”视域下的文化传承与传播治理机制;不忘本位,完善教育主权架构下的教育治理机制。
Education Security, which is viewed as a core element of soft power of national security, gets gradually valued by the academic circle. With the acceleration of the internationalization of vocational education, there is no enough research on educational safety in the field of vocational education. Abiding by the philosophical idea of “not forgetting the origin, the nature law, the nature, or the baseline”, the countermeasures for addressing education security in vocational colleges are suggested as the following: “not forgetting the origin” means improving the quality of international exchange and cooperation resources and management of convergence;“not forgetting the nature law” means setting up the international schooling quality standard with “world standard, Chinese characteristics, regional brand”;“not forgetting the nature” means improving the governance mechanism of cultural inheritance and communication from the perspective of curriculum-based ideological and political education;“not forgetting the baseline” means improving the educational governance mechanism under the framework of educational sovereignty.
