新时代高师院校“溯源红色”文化育人路径的探究与实践——以桂林师范高等专科学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 加强新时代红色文化传承,探究“溯源红色”文化育人路径,是落实立德树人根本任务的时代要求、红色基因活态传承的重要途径、红色文化育人改革的切实需要、高校专业人才培养的内在需要。高师院校“溯源红色”文化育人要遵循德育与智育相结合、理论与实践相结合、历史与现实相结合、校内与校外相结合等原则。可通过立足全员,创新立体化“溯源红色”文化育人机制;立足全程,分阶段实施“溯源红色”文化育人过程;立足全方位,全面构建“溯源红色”文化育人平台等路径落实和实施。 In the process of the dissemination and inheritance of red culture in the new era,exploring how to educate the students in the activity of“tracing the origin of red culture”is believed to constitute a contemporary requirement to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,a crucial approach to the spread of revolutionary traditions,an imperative demand for the educational reform through red culture,and an inherent need for talents to be cultivated in normal universities and colleges.The paper argues that the practice of cultivating students in the activity of“tracing the origin of red culture”hinges on the multiple interactions of moral education and intellectual education,theory and practice,history and reality,as well as activities on campus and beyond.In addition,the paper proposes the avenues of educating the normal university and college students in relation to the following three aspects:(1)improving the nurturing mechanism in this regard based on the concerted efforts of all staff members in universities and colleges;(2)implementing tasks in different stages with a holistic educational arrangement;and(3)advancing the multi-dimensional platforms for cultivating the students.
