摘要
新时代背景下,课程思政教学能力是高校教师必备的专业核心素养,也是衡量高校教师综合能力的重要标尺。本文在厘清高校教师课程思政教学能力内涵的基础上,探讨了高校专业课教师课程思政教学能力的生成逻辑,并从四个方面提出了提高专业课教师课程思政教学能力的策略。高校专业课教师只有以新要求规范自己,以新定位引领自己,才能真正实现专业课程教学与落实立德树人根本任务的同向同行。
In the new era,conducting moral and political education throughout the curriculum constitutes a professional core competency for teachers from colleges and universities,and it also can be used as a tool to appraise their holistic abilities.The paper is intended to shed light on the connotations and generation logic of specialized course teachers’competences in moral and political education throughout the curriculum.In addition,it puts forward relevant strategies for enhancing the teachers’abilities in the education from four aspects.Only by meeting the new requirements and guiding themselves on the new path can the teachers achieve the goal of aligning the specialized courses with morality fostering in the universities and colleges.
