城市界面型销售示范区景观空间的营造分析——以丹东中央学府居住区项目为例

摘要 销售展示区既是楼盘销售期间的展示空间,也是城市的开放空间,带有承载地产销售与市民户外活动场所的双重属性。为此,从城市界面的营造、功能空间的有序组织、景观空间主题的展示与表达三个层面,探讨对于城市界面型的销售示范区在景观空间营造方式的设计思考,并以丹东中央学府居住区项目示范区作为案例,具体分析打造作为城市界面型销售展示区的景观设计方式。 Residential demonstration is not only the estate sale during the exhibition space,also is the urban open space,with carrying the dual nature of real estate sales and residents outdoor activities.Interface based on the Urban Interface,the orderly organization of function space,display and expression of the landscape space theme three aspects to discuss the urban interface type sales demonstration area in landscape construction design thinking way,and Dandong Central Academy demonstrative residential area as an example,from the three aspects of concrete analysis the way to build the landscape space of the demonstrative residential area at the same as the urban interface.
