摘要
《既有建筑鉴定与加固通用规范》(GB 55021-2021)于2022年4月1日正式实施,针对鉴定加固通用规范中与鉴定工作密切相关的部分条文内容,对比分析其在现行有关鉴定标准基础上进行的改变,并结合某混凝土工程结构实例,提出合理的工作年限及抗震鉴定方法。此外,论述现场调查与检测中发现的主要问题,采用有限元软件进行整体验算分析,根据检测及验算结果进行安全性鉴定与抗震鉴定,并对鉴定加固通用规范在实际工程应用中的部分问题进行探讨,以期为工程实践提供参考。
“General code for assessment and rehabilitation of existing buildings”(GB 55021-2021)was formally implemented on April 1,2022.In this paper,the changes of some provisions closely related to the identification work in the general specification for identification and reinforcement are compared and analyzed based on the current relevant identification standards.Combined with a concrete engineering structure,a reasonable working life and seismic identification method are proposed,and the main problems found in the field investigation and detection are expounded.The finite element software is used for the overall checking analysis,and the safety identification and seismic identification are carried out according to the detection and checking results.Some problems in practical engineering application of the general specification for identification and reinforcement are discussed in order to provide reference for engineering practice.
