摘要
福建武夷山地区由于冬季时期冻融周期比较短,次数较频繁,而且冻土层深度较浅,使得冰雪融化后浅层的含水率极大升高。复杂的气候环境条件,给当地沥青路面修复造成了较大困扰。鉴于此,对短时冻土区域的沥青混合料低温性能及力学性能展开研究,得出了外掺剂的XT-2推荐剂量为0.3%~0.5%,掺量为0.3%的动稳定度高达2126次/mm,掺量为0.5%时高达2342次/mm,远超规范技术要求的800次/mm;有效降低了成型路面的渗透性,提高道路承载能力,符合当前我国“双碳”背景下绿色交通发展理念。
Due to the complex climatic and environmental conditions in Wuyi Mountain area of Fujian Province,such as short freezing and thawing cycle in winter,frequent freezing and thawing times,shallow depth of frozen soil layer,high water content of shallow slope after snow and ice melting,it has caused great trouble to the repair of local asphalt pavement.In view of this,this paper studies the low temperature performance and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture in short-term frozen soil area.The research shows that the recommended dosage of xt-2 is about 0.3%-0.5%,the dynamic stability of 0.3%can reach 2126 times/mm,and 2342 times/mm when the dosage is 0.5%,far exceeding the 800 times/mm required by the specification.At the same time,it also reduces the permeability of formed pavement,improves road bearing capacity,reduces road maintenance cost,helps to save energy and has remarkable environmental benefits.
