基于翻转课堂的房地产估价课程教学模式的应用改革研究

翻转课堂是信息发展到一定程度的产物。相对传统教学模式而言,翻转就是对传统教学的反转。通过对房地产估价课程教学模式改革过程中出现的一些问题进行探讨,分析翻转课堂教学模式的特点和优势,提出翻转课堂在房地产估价课程中应用的新设想。

FlippedClass Model is the product of information development to a certain extent,relative to the traditional teaching model,overturned is the traditional teaching of the reversal.This paper probes into some problems in the reform of the teaching mode of the co of real estate appraisal,and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the flipped classroom teaching mode,this paper pforward a new idea of the application of the rollover classroom in the co of real estate appraisal.
