内镜下黏膜切除与高频电刀切除治疗结肠息肉的临床疗效、复发率及安全性比较

COMPARISON OF CLINICAL EFFICACY,RECURRENCE RATE AND SAFETY BETWEEN ENDOSCOPIC MUCOSAL RESECTION AND HIGH-FREQUENCY ELECTROSURGICAL RESECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF COLON POLYPS

目的 比较内镜下黏膜切除与高频电刀切除治疗肠息肉结肠息肉的临床疗效、复发率及安全性。方法收集2017年5月—2021年6月于本院治疗的127例结肠息肉患者资料,分为研究组(n=66,内镜下黏膜切除)与对照组(n=61,内镜下高频电刀切除)。比较二组临床疗效、手术相关指标、复发率及并发症。结果研究组患者临床总有效率为(93.94%),高于对照组(81.97%)(P<0.05);研究组手术相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率为(6.06%)低于对照组(9.84%),但二组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组并发症低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于高频电切除,内镜下黏膜切除临床疗效更佳,复发率低,且安全性较加,临床可考虑将其推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and safety of endoscopic mucosal resection and high-frequency electrosurgical resection in the treatment of intestinal polyps and colonic polyps.Methods The data of one hundred and twenty-seven patients with colon polyps treated in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2021 were collected and divided into a study group(n=66,endoscopic mucosal resection) and a control group(n=61,endoscopic high frequency electrosurgery).The clinical efficacy,surgery-related indicators,recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the study group was(93.94%),which was higher than that in the control group(81.97%)(P0.05);Complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with high-frequency electrical resection,endoscopic mucosal resection has better clinical efficacy,lower recurrence rate,and better safety.It can be considered for clinical application.
