聚合物交联凝胶堵漏性能评价方法研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 堵漏性能是聚合物交联凝胶的一项重要性能,但目前国内外尚无统一凝胶堵漏评价的方法和仪器。本文综述了现有聚合物交联凝胶堵漏评价方法及凝胶堵漏仪器研究进展,总结了现有凝胶堵漏评价方法,详细分析了模拟孔隙漏失评价法、模拟裂缝漏失评价法和突破压力评价法的堵漏评价原理、优缺点及其应用实例,并且介绍了一些凝胶堵漏性能评价新方法及新仪器,如高温堵漏凝胶性能评价系统、完井套管承压模拟装置及中高压可视型堵漏模拟装置等。对聚合物凝胶堵漏研究具有重要的参考价值。 Plugging performance is an important performance of polymer crosslinked gel, but there is no unified method and instrument for plugging performance evaluation of gel at home and abroad at present.The research progress in current evaluation methods and instrumentsof polymer crosslinked gel plugging performance is reviewed;The principles, advantages and disadvantages, and application examples of simulated pore leakage evaluation method, simulated fracture leakage evaluation method, and breakthrough pressure evaluation method are analyzed in detail.Some new methods and new instruments for gel plugging performance evaluation are introduced, such as high temperature plugging gel performance evaluation system, completion casing pressure bearing simulation device, and medium and high pressure visible plugging simulation device.These have important reference value for the study of polymer gel plugging performance.
