天然气管网反输工况下的运行优化 被引量:2

Operation Optimization of Natural Gas Pipeline Network under Reverse Conveying Condition

摘要 在考虑未来下游用户需求增长和上游气源供气能力受限的基础上,在下游末站引入LNG气源条件下,建立了管网反输情况下的管道运行优化模型,该模型以管道运行经济效益最大化为目标,并以气源供气量、压缩机开机数和压缩机转速为决策变量。将所建立的优化模型应用于国内某管道,并采用GAMS建模系统和SBB求解器对优化问题进行求解。算例优化结果表明:管网反输比常规输送产生的压缩机能耗费用更低;进行天然气管网反输时,反输气量越多,管道能耗费用越低,售气利润也越低,导致管道运营商获得的经济效益降低;在上游气源供气量充足时,常规输送带给管道运营商的经济效益比进行管网反输时更高,管网反输仅适应上游气源供气能力不足时的情况。 Long distance natural gas pipeline system is the main facility for natural gas transportation.With the introduction of liquefied natural gas(LNG),China’s natural gas pipeline network has formed a multi-gas source supply pattern.On the basis of considering the future demand growth of downstream users and the limited gas supply capacity of upstream gas source, the pipeline operation optimization model under the condition of reverse transmission of pipe network is established when LNG gas source is introduced from downstream terminal station.The model aims to maximize the economic benefits of pipeline operation, and takes the gas supply of gas sources, number and speed of operating compressors as decision variables.The established optimization model is applied to a domestic pipeline, and it is solved using GAMS modeling system and SBB solver.The optimization result of an example shows that:(1)The compressor energy consumption cost caused by reverse transportation pipeline network is lower than that of conventional transportation pipeline network.(2) The more gas transmission capacity of reverse transmission pipeline network is, the lower the pipeline energy consumption cost is, and the lower the gas sales profit is, which leads to the lower economic benefits obtained by pipeline operators.(3) When the upstream gas supply is sufficient, the economic benefit of conventional transmission to pipeline operators is higher than that of reverse transmission, and the reverse transmission of pipe network is only suitable for the situation when the upstream gas supply capacity is insufficient.
