摘要
针对某石化企业增强型催化裂解(DCC-plus)装置稳定塔重沸器管束泄漏,严重影响装置长周期安全运行的问题,从设备结构、工艺操作、设备腐蚀等方面进行了原因分析,通过采取优化重沸器换热系统控制方案、优化工艺参数等应急措施,抑制了重沸器管束内漏程度,延长了重沸器的运行周期。在检修期间通过重沸器结构改造和工艺管道走向优化,彻底解决了重沸器的内漏问题,不仅消除了安全隐患,而且节约3.5 MPa中压蒸汽9.7 t/h,产生效益约2390万元/a。
In view of the leakage of the reboiler tube bundles of the stabilizer of deep catalytic cracking(DCC-plus)unit in a petrochemical enterprise,which seriously affected the long-term safe operation of the unit,the reasons were analyzed from the aspects of equipment structure,process operation,equipment corrosion,etc.By taking emergency measures such as optimizing the control scheme of the reboiler heat exchange system and optimizing the process parameters,the internal leakage of the reboiler tube bundles was restrained and the running period of the reboiler was prolonged.The problem of internal leakage of reboiler tube bundles was solved through structure reform of reboiler and optimization of process pipeline during overhaul,it not only eliminated hidden trouble of safety,but also saved 3.5 MPa medium-pressure steam 9.7 t/h,benefit about 23.9 million Yuan per year.
