摘要
发酵饲料含有丰富的益生菌、抗菌物质、有机酸等,可有效改善动物的肠道健康,提高免疫力,增加适口性。本文对发酵饲料中应检测的一些指标进行阐述,旨在为发酵饲料的推广提供理论基础。
The fermented feed is rich in probiotics,antibacterial substances,organic acids and so on,which can effectively improve the intestinal health of animals,improve immunity and increase palatability.In order to determine the optimal fermentation conditions,how to judge the quality of fermented feed after fermentation,some indexes that should be detected in fermented feed were stated,aiming at providing theoretical basis for the popularization of fermented feed.
