摘要
文章旨在研究基础日粮中添加不同水平黄芪多糖对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及屠宰性能的影响,试验将200只同养殖场、同批次的1日龄白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。其中,对照组肉鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型常规日粮,其他3组肉鸡分别在常规日粮中添加0.2%(试验1组)、0.4%(试验2组)、0.6%(试验3组)的黄芪多糖,试验为期42 d。结果表明,(1)与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组肉鸡21 d体重显著提高(P<0.05),且试验2组肉鸡1~21 d平均日增重(ADG)、42 d体重、21~42 d平均日增重(ADG)、1~42 d平均日增重(ADG)显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验2、3组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验1、2、3组肉鸡脾脏指数(SI)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2、3组肉鸡法氏囊指数(BI)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组肉鸡屠体重(DW)显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组、试验1、3组相比,试验2组肉鸡腿肌重(LMW)显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖能有效提高肉鸡的生长性能和免疫功能,改善肉鸡屠宰性能,且0.4%黄芪多糖添加水平效果最佳。
In order to study the effects of different levels of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)added to the basic diet on the growth performance,immune function and slaughter performance of broilers,2001-day old white broilers from the same farm and batch were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates for each group and 10 for each replicate.Among them,the control group broilers were fed corn soybean meal conventional diet,and the other three groups of broilers were added 0.2%(group 1),0.4%(group 2),0.6%(group 3)Astragalus polysaccharides in the conventional diet for 42 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the weight of broilers in test groups 1,2 and 3 increased significantly on the 21st day(P<0.05),and the ADG on the 1st to 21st day,the ADG on the 42nd day,the ADG on the 21st to 42nd day,and the ADG on the 1st to 42nd day of broilers in test groups 2 were significantly higher than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the content of immunoglobulin A(IgA)in serum of broilers in test groups 1,2 and 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of immunoglobulin M(IgM)in serum of broilers in test groups 2 and 3 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The spleen index(SI)of broilers in groups 1,2 and 3 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the bursa index(BI)of broilers in groups 2 and 3 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the slaughter weight(DW)of broilers in test groups 1,2 and 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,test groups 1 and 3,the leg muscle weight(LMW)of broilers in test group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:APS can effectively improve the growth performance and immune function of broilers,and improve the slaughter performance of broilers,and 0.4%APS has the best effect.2.
