针对性康复护理对肩袖损伤行关节镜手术患者术后肩关节功能恢复的效果观察

Observation of targeted rehabilitation nursing for patients with the recovery of shoulder joint function after rotator cuff injury undergoing arthroscopic surgery

目的:观察针对性康复护理对关节镜手术治疗的肩袖损伤患者肩关节功能恢复的效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月广州市中西医结合医院收治的肩袖损伤行关节镜手术的患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合运用针对性康复护理,观察肩关节功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果:护理前,两组美国肩肘外科协会评分(ASES)和美国加州大学(UCLA)肩关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组ASES、UCLA肩关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组肩关节主动前屈角度以及体侧外旋角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组肩关节主动前屈角度以及体侧外旋角度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率(5.71%)低于对照组(25.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性康复护理对关节镜手术治疗的肩袖损伤患者肩关节功能恢复效果较好,有利于促进其术后的肩关节功能恢复并降低并发症。

Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted rehabilitation nursing in the recovery of shoulder function in patients with rotator cuff injury treated by arthroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group used targeted rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group to observe the recovery of shoulder function and the occurrence of complications.Results Before the nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups of rating scale of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES)and the University of California Shoulder Function Score(UCLA)(P>0.05).After the nursing,the ASES and UCLA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and before the nursing,the active forward flexion angle of shoulder joint and lateral external rotation angle of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After the nursing,the active forward flexion angle and lateral external rotation angle of the shoulder joint in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(25.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted rehabilitation nursing in the recovery of shoulder function in patients with rotator cuff injury treated by arthroscopic surgery is good,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of shoulder function and reducing the complication rate after surgery.
