“互联网+”管理模式在老年2型糖尿病管理中的应用进展

Progress in the application of Internet and management model for elderly type 2 diabetes

2型糖尿病的防治是目前全球公共卫生的重点项目之一,由于缺乏特异性的治疗方案,2型糖尿病患者均须终生用药以控制血糖水平,延缓并发症的发生。常规的院外管理方案受时效性和地域性的影响效果相对受限,这一问题在老年患者当中尤其明显。“互联网+”管理模式是一种依托信息设备进行的线上与线下联合的管理方案。当前,“互联网+”管理模式已在多种慢性疾病及康复周期较长患者的院外管理中取得了有效成果。本文就目前“互联网+”管理模式在老年2型糖尿病管理中的应用进展进行综述。

The prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes is currently one of the priorities of global public health,due to the lack of specific treatment options,patients with type 2 diabetes must take lifelong medication to control blood glucose levels and delay the occurrence of complications.Conventional out-of-hospital management programs are relatively limited in effectiveness due to timeliness and geographical influences,especially in elderly patients.The“Internet+”management model is a joint online and offline management scheme relying on information equipment.At present,the“Internet+”management model has achieved effective results in the out-of-hospital management of a variety of chronic diseases and patients with long recovery cycles.This study reviews the current research progress of Internet+management model in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly.
