多元化护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖及其妊娠并发症的影响

Effect of Diversified Care on Blood Glucose and Its Pregnancy Complications in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨多元化护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平控制及其并发症的影响。方法应用随机数表法抽取2020年1—12月福建省妇幼保健院妊娠期糖尿病患者120例为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施多元化护理干预,比较两组干预前后血糖水平、生活质量、妊娠结局、并发症发生率、负性情绪及满意度情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理后血糖水平、焦虑、抑郁评分较低,生活质量评分较高,自然分娩率较高,并发症发生率较低,护理满意度各项评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理模式对于改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的妊娠结局具有积极意义,在有效控制血糖水平的同时可以提升生活质量,护理安全性较高,可有效降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of diversified nursing care on the control of blood glucose level and its complications in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A random number table method was applied to extract 120 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Fujian Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2020 as study subjects,divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional care and the observation group was given diversified care intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of blood glucose level,quality of life,pregnancy outcome,complication rate,negative emotion and satisfaction before and after the intervention.Results Comparing with the control group,the observation group had lower scores of blood glucose level,anxiety and depression after nursing,higher quality of life scores,higher natural delivery rate,lower incidence of complications and higher satisfaction with care scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified care model has positive significance in improving the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.It can improve the quality of life while effectively controlling the blood glucose level,and has high safety of nursing,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
