针灸治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Type 2 Diabetes with Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin

目的研究针灸治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选择2020年12月—2021年12月福建省莆田涵江医院收治的74例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,随机分组后,对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组则在常规疗法基础上实施针灸治疗,比较两组相关生化指标、血糖指标、中医证候积分、药物不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖(6.14±0.31)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.86±0.59)mmol/L更低,差异有统计学意义(t=16.335、5.990,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇、高密度蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别为(1.62±0.24)mmol/L、(4.98±0.37)mmol/L、(1.67±0.18)mmol/L、(2.18±0.27)mmol/L,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.061、2.476、5.718、7.250,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组口渴多饮、尿频量多症状评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.116,P=0.734)。结论在气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中,针灸治疗方法有助于提升临床治疗效果,具有满意的临床疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and Moxibustion on type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods 74 case of type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin were selected from December 2020 to December 2021 in Fujian Putian Hanjiang Hospital,After randomization,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of conventional therapy.The two groups were compared in terms of biochemical indicators,blood glucose indicators,TCM syndrome scores and adverse drug reactions.Results Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose(6.14±0.31)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(9.86±0.59)mmol/L in the observation group were lower after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.335,5.990,P<0.05);After treatment,triacylglycerol,serum total cholesterol,high-density protein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were(1.62±0.24)mmol/L,(4.98±0.37)mmol/L,(1.67±0.18)mmol/L and(2.18±0.27)mmol/L respectively,which were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.061,2.476,5.718,7.250,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of thirsty,frequent urination and multiple symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.116,P=0.734).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic,acupuncture treatment methods can help improve the clinical treatment effect and have satisfactory clinical effects.
