生脉散合玉液汤联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Shengmaisan and Yuye Decoction Combined with Insulin on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析生脉散合玉液汤联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年7月盐城市大丰中医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行研究,以治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组进行胰岛素治疗,观察组进行生脉散合玉液汤联合胰岛素治疗。比较两组症候积分、血糖水平、血糖波动情况、血脂水平及肾功能指标。结果观察组的症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平分别为(4.14±1.22)mmol/L、(7.88±2.15)mmol/L、(4.56±1.88)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.874、4.005、3.817,P<0.05)。观察组的MODD及PPGE水平均低于对照组,且血糖达标时间较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的UACR、Cr及BUN水平较对照组更低,ALB水平较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以生脉散合玉液汤联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病可有效控制并稳定血糖水平,确保血糖水平快速达标,相关症状及血脂水平得以改善,并使肾功能得以提高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shengmaisan and Yuye Decoction combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Yancheng Dafeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively selected for research.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin,and the observation group was treated with Shengmaisan and Yuye Decoction combined with Insulin.The symptom score,blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation,blood lipid level and renal function index were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c of the observation group were(4.14±1.22)mmol/L,(7.88±2.15)mmol/L,and(4.56±1.88)%,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.874,4.005,3.817,P<0.05).The levels of MODD and PPGE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of reaching the standard of blood glucose was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TC,TG and LDL-C levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of UACR,Cr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of ALB were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shengmaisan and Yuye Decoction with insulin the combined treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control and stabilize the blood glucose level,ensure the rapid achievement of the standard,improve the related symptoms and blood lipid level,and improve the renal function.
