对老年2型糖尿病伴高血压患者开展延续护理结合健康宣教对改善生活质量的价值

The Value of Extended Care Combined with Health Education to Improve the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Hypertension

目的分析对老年2型糖尿病伴高血压患者开展延续护理结合健康宣教对改善其生活质量的价值。方法将2021年1—12月龙岩市第一医院收治的70例诊断为2型糖尿病伴高血压老年患者,以随机数表法分为两组,每组35例,对照组开展常规护理干预,研究组开展延续护理结合健康宣教干预。比较两组患者干预前后的血压、血糖与体质指数指标及生活质量评分,评价干预后患者依从性指标评价。结果干预后,两组的血压、血糖与体质指数指标较干预前显著下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的各项生活质量评分均较干预前显著提升,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在干预后对于按时按量用药、健康生活、健康饮食、定期随访、定期监测指标、异常及时就诊的依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年2型糖尿病伴高血压患者开展延续护理结合健康宣教,可显著改善患者血压、血糖及体质量等相关指标,提升患者的生活质量,提高患者对于按时按量用药、健康生活、健康饮食等依从率,效果理想。

Objective To analyse the value of extended care combined with health education for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension to improve their quality of life.Methods From January to December 2021,70 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension diagnosed in Longyan First Hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The routine nursing intervention was carried out as the control group,and the continuous nursing combined with health education intervention was carried out as the study group.The blood pressure,blood glucose,body mass index and quality of life score of the two groups before and after intervention were compared,and the compliance index of patients after intervention was evaluated.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure,blood glucose and body mass index of the patients of two group were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of elderly patients were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group in terms of timely medication,healthy life,healthy diet,regular follow-up,regular monitoring indicators and abnormal timely treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing care combined with health education in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension can significantly improve patients’blood pressure,blood glucose and body mass and other related indicators,enhance patients’quality of life,and improve patients’compliance rate for timely and regular medication,healthy living and healthy diet,etc.The effect is ideal.
