细节护理在子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病患者手术室护理中的应用

The Application of Detail Care in the Operating Room Care of Patients with Uterine Fibroids with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨子宫肌瘤伴糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者在手术室护理中给予细节护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的80例子宫肌瘤伴DM患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成干预组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规护理干预,干预组采用细节护理干预,比较两组血糖水平、生活质量、护理满意度。结果干预后,干预组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组社会功能、躯体功能、心理健康评分较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度(97.50%)与对照组(77.50%)相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.05)。结论细节护理应用于子宫肌瘤伴DM患者手术室护理中,可降低血糖水平,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application of detailed nursing interventions given in the operating room care of patients with uterine fibroids with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids with DM admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into intervention group(n=40)and control group(n=40)used the random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing interventions and the the intervention group used detailed nursing interventions.The blood glucose level,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,fasting blood glucose(FPG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of social function,somatic function,and mental health in the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the intervention group(97.50%)compared to the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.600,P<0.05).Conclusion Detail care applied in the operating room care of patients with uterine fibroids with DM can reduce blood glucose levels,improve quality of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.
