摘要
妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)是妊娠期最常见的内分泌代谢障碍性疾病,已有研究证实,GDM的发病机制可能与肠道菌群失调以及其代谢产物有关,其机制可能是诱导胰岛素抵抗、引起胰岛素细胞分泌不足,可通过高膳食纤维、益生菌等加以改变。文章从GDM的肠道菌群变化、可能机制等几个角度进行了综述,并归纳和总结近几年的研究成果,以期为今后更深入地了解妊娠期糖尿病与肠道菌群的关系提供依据。
Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is the most common endocrine metabolic disorder during pregnancy.It has been confirmed that the pathogenesis of GDM may be related to the dysregulation of intestinal flora and its metabolites,and the mechanism may be induced insulin resistance,causing insufficient secretion of insulin cells,which can be modified by high dietary fiber and probiotics.The article reviews the intestinal flora changes in GDM and possible mechanisms,and summarizes the research results in recent years,in order to provide a basis for a deeper understanding of the relationship between gestational diabetes and intestinal flora in the future.
