摘要
准确、客观分析智能动车组外部环境需求具有十分重要的意义。为解决智能动车组生命周期内复杂多变环境需求满足问题,以环境交互模型为切入点,进行动车组外部环境需求分析。建立面向产品全生命周期的螺旋式前馈环境交互设计架构;提出一种适用于设计、制造、运维等不同生命周期阶段通用的智能产品-环境交互模型,全面描述智能动车组-物理环境-人环境-信息环境之间的交互行为;通过环境交互设计需求识别、智能产品定位、探索智能产品交互设计解等智能产品交互设计步骤与方法,获取智能动车组全生命周期环境交互设计方案。研究表明,该模型可以系统地描述智能动车组全生命周期多维的、动态的、层次化的环境交互信息,能够有效支持智能动车组全生命周期的环境交互设计。
It is of great significance to accurately and objectively analyze the external environmental requirements of intelligent EMUs. In order to meet the complex and changeable environmental requirements in the life cycle of intelligent EMUs, the paper studies relevant requirement from the angle of environmental interaction model. It first builds up a spiral feedforward environment interaction design architecture for the whole life cycle of products, after which an intelligent product-environment interaction model suitable for different life cycle stages(design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance included) is proposed. The move is to comprehensively describe the interaction behaviors of the intelligent EMU, the physical environment, the human environment, and the information environment. The paper concludes with the proposal of the environmental interaction design scheme for the whole life cycle of intelligent EMUs based on the requirements of environmental interaction design identified, the design purpose of the intelligent products, and the exploration for the solutions to intelligent product interaction design, etc. The study shows that the model can systematically describe the multi-dimensional, dynamic and hierarchical environmental interaction information throughout the life cycle of intelligent EMUs, and can effectively support the environmental interaction design for the whole life cycle.
