聚多卡醇灌洗联合平阳霉素治疗大囊型淋巴管畸形患儿的效果

Application Value of Polycarnitol Lavage Combined with Pingyangmycin in Children with LM

目的:探讨聚多卡醇灌洗联合平阳霉素治疗大囊型淋巴管畸形(LM)患儿的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月我院治疗的60例大囊型LM患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在超声透视下腔内注射平阳霉素,观察组则采用聚多卡醇腔内灌洗联合平阳霉素进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、白细胞、淋巴细胞和肝功能(AST、ALT)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后WBC水平高于治疗前,且观察组WBC水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后LYM、AST、ALT水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用聚多卡醇腔内灌洗联合平阳霉素治疗大囊型LM患儿的临床效果显著,且能有效降低不良反应发生率,并不会对患儿的肝功能水平造成不利影响,具有较高的安全性。

Objective: To investigate the application value of polypolycarnitol lavage combined with Pingyangmycin in children with large cystic lymphatic malformation(LM). Methods: A total of 60 children with large cystic LM treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was injected with Pingyangmycin intravenously under ultrasound fluoroscopy, while the observation group was treated with polycarboxol intravenously lavage combined with Pingyangmycin. The clinical efficacy, leukocyte, lymphocyte and liver function(AST,ALT) levels and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of control group(P<0.05). The WBC level in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the WBC level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of LYM, AST and ALT in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The endovascular lavage of polydocarol combined with Pingyangmycin in the treatment of children with macrocystic LM has a significant clinical effect,and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms, without adverse effects on the liver function level of children,and has high safety.
