千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星预防子宫输卵管造影术后感染的效果研究

Study on Effect of Qianjin Capsule Combined with Levofloxacin in Preventing Infection After Hysterosalpingography

目的:探讨千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星预防子宫输卵管造影术后感染的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年3月本院收治的行子宫输卵管造影术的不孕症患者100例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组于术后使用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用千金胶囊治疗,比较两组感染发生率、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组术后感染率为4.00%,低于对照组的12.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后TNF-α、CRP水平低于治疗前,IL-10高于治疗前,且观察组TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05)。结论:行子宫输卵管造影术不孕症患者应用千金胶囊联合左氧氟沙星可有效预防术后感染,且炎性反应较低,不良反应较少。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Qianjin capsule combined with levofloxacin in preventing infection after hysterosalpingography. Methods: A total of 100 infertility patients who underwent hysterosalpingography in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin, while the observation group was treated with Qianjin capsule on the basis of the control group. The incidence of infection, the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results: The infection rate in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 12.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of IL-10 were higher than those before treatment, while the levels of TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 18.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qianjin capsule combined with levofloxacin can effectively prevent postoperative infection in infertility patients undergoing hysterosalpingography, with low inflammatory reaction and fewer adverse reactions.
