季德胜蛇药片联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗蜂蜇伤的效果观察 被引量:1

Observation on the Effect of Jidesheng Sheyao Tablets Combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate in the Treatment of Bee Stings

摘要 目的:分析季德胜蛇药片联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗蜂蜇伤的效果。方法:将我院2019年6月—2021年6月收治的102例蜂蜇伤患者作为研究对象,根据患者治疗方式不同分为对照组和实验组,各51例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用季德胜蛇药片进行治疗,比较两组患者症状消退时间、炎症指标水平以及凝血指标水平。结果:观察组红肿、疼痛消退时间以及伤口愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、Fib、PT、TT、APTT低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗蜂蜇伤基础上联合季德胜蛇药片可促进患者临床症状消退,在降低患者炎症反应以及改善凝血状态方面同样具有理想效果。 Objective: To analyze the effect of Jidesheng Sheyao Tablets combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of bee stings. Methods: A total of 102 patients with bee stings who were treated in our hospital from June 2019to June 2021. According to different treatment methods, 51 cases of patients treated with methylprednone sodium succinate were included in the control group, and 51 cases of patients treated with Jidesheng Sheyao Tablets were included in the observation group. The time of symptom resolution, the level of inflammatory markers and the level of coagulation markers were compared between the two groups. Results: The time of redness, pain and wound healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, Fib, PT, TT and APTT in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of bee stings combined with Jidesheng Sheyao Tablets can promote the regression of clinical symptoms of patients, and also have ideal effects in reducing the inflammatory response of patients and improving the coagulation state.
