舒适护理在颈椎病ACDF术后吞咽障碍患者服用地塞米松过程中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Patients with Dysphagia After Cervical Spondylosis ACDF Surgery During Taking Dexamethasone

目的:探讨舒适护理在颈椎病前路减压融合术(ACDF)术后吞咽障碍患者服用地塞米松的效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年5月本院收治的经地塞米松治疗的ACDF术后吞咽障碍患者100例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组50例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以舒适护理,比较两组吞咽功能、舒适度、心理状态及生活质量,并发症发生率。结果:观察组Bazaz、咽喉部肿胀程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组舒适度为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);观察组HAMA评分低于对照组,SWAL-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05)。结论:对颈椎病ACDF术后吞咽障碍行地塞米松治疗患者实施舒适护理,可改善吞咽功能,提升舒适度,获有良好心理状态及生活质量,且并发症发生率较低。

Objective: To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with dysphagia after anterior cervical decompression and fusion(ACDF). Methods: A total of 100 patients with dysphagia after ACDF treated with dexamethasone in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing. The swallowing function, comfort, psychological state, quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of Bazaz and throat swelling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The comfort degree of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 76.00% of the control group(P<0.05). The HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the SWAL-QOL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 18.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing for patients with dysphagia after ACDF for cervical spondylosis treated with dexamethasone can improve swallowing function, improve comfort, obtain good mental state and quality of life,and the incidence of complications is low.
