摘要 儿科学是临床医学专业的主要课程之一,是临床医学、麻醉医学、医学影像等专业必修课。文章聚焦儿科学教学的“痛点”问题,以“五思育五术”为总体思路,多方位、多角度、多层面构建“以学生发展为中心”的课程体系。充分调动学生自主学习性,开展思政建设、教学内容、方法手段、评价体系的融合创新。挖掘思政元素,德育智育结合;打造优质课堂,扩展深度广度;“基于案例”教学法(case-based learning,CBL)+以团队为基础的学习(team-based Learning,TBL)+思维导图,多维构建临床思维;多元化见习教学,确保学有平台;多元化考核体系,“教学、实践、考核一体化”。通过教学改革,学校培养出德医双修、仁心仁术、自主学习、勇于创新的优秀医学生。 Pediatrics is one of the main courses of clinical medicine. It is a compulsory course for clinical medicine,anesthesia medicine, medical imaging and other majors.This paper focuses on the "pain point" problem of pediatric science teaching, takes "five thoughts, education and five techniques" as the overall way of thinking, and constructs a multi-directional, multi-angle and multi-level curriculum system of "student development as the center".. Fully mobilize students’ autonomous learning ability, carry out the integration and innovation of ideological construction,teaching content, teaching method and evaluation system.Excavate ideological and political elements, combining moral education with intellectual education. Create high-quality classroom,meanwhile, expand the depth and breadth of it. "case-based learning"(CBL) + group team-based learning(TBL) + mentorship figure, multi-dimensional construction of clinical thinking. Diversified probation teaching to ensure every students have learning platform. Diversified assessment system to achieve “teaching-practiceassessment integration”. Through teaching reform, the school has cultivated outstanding medical students with dual cultivation of morality and medical skills, human righteousness and technology, independent learning, and the courage to innovate.
