应用型本科医学院校线上线下混合式“金课”的建设与实施

Construction and Implementation of Online and Offline Blended"Golden Courses"in Applied Undergraduate Medical Colleges

为加深对线上线下混合式“金课”的内涵的理解,积极响应新时代高校教育发展改革的要求,注重应用型本科医学院校对于线上线下混合式“金课”的建设与实施。文章采用文献法、调研法、讨论法等研究方法,找出应用型本科医学院校线上线下混合式“金课”建设与实施所面临的困难和挑战。通过改变传统的教育教学理念,融合更为丰富的教学资源、形成更加多样性的教学手段,强调师资力量与综合素质水平的不断提升、强调引建“金课”的合理性结合、强调教师构建混合式教学的积极性与主动性等因素,寻求打造一流混合式“金课”的建设思路和策略。为应用型本科院校建设混合式“金课”建设与实施提供思路。

In order to deepen the understanding of the connotation of the online and offline blended"golden courses",and actively respond to the requirements of the college educational development and reform in the new era,and pay attention to the construction and implementation of the online and offline blended"golden courses"in applied undergraduate medical colleges.This paper adopts literature method,research method,discussion method and other research methods to find out the difficulties and challenges in the construction and implementation of online and offline hybrid"golden courses"in applied undergraduate medical schools.By changing the traditional education and teaching concept,integrating richer teaching resources,forming more diverse teaching methods,emphasizing the continuous improvement of teachers’strength and comprehensive quality,emphasizing the rational combination of introducing"golden courses",emphasizing the construction of teachers.Considering the enthusiasm and initiative of blended teaching and other factors,we seek the construction ideas and strategies for creating a first-class blended"golden courses".This paper provides ideas for the construction and implementation of blended golden courses in applicationoriented universities.
