卫生检验与检疫专业《食品理化检验》混合式教学模式的探索

摘要 在全球化加速推进和信息化迅猛发展的背景下,如何将信息技术与教育教学深度融合,如何利用现代技术加快推动人才培养模式和教学方法改革,实现规模化教育与个性化培养的有机结合是高校教师值得深思的问题。《食品理化检验》课程是卫生检验与检疫专业的专业核心课程,旨在培养学生的理论联系实际、实验操作技能、实际工作能力及自主学习能力。文章针对《食品理化检验》课程的特色及传统课堂理论教学中存在的问题,对重庆医科大学卫生检验与检疫专业《食品理化检验》理论教学开展线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式进行探索,对如何进行该门课程混合式教学的整体设计及课前、课中、课后设计作详细阐述,并对教学效果进行评价,为后续该门课程混合式教学的全面实施奠定基础。 Under the background of accelerating globalization and rapid development of informatization,how to deeply integrate information technology with education and teaching,how to use modern technology to speed up the reform of talent training mode and teaching methods,and how to realize the organic combination of large-scale education and personalized training are problems worth pondering for college teachers.Physical and Chemical Inspection of Food is the core course health inspection and quarantine major,aiming at cultivating students’ability of combining theory with practice,experimental operation skills,practical working ability and independent learning ability.In view of the characteristics of the course of Physical and Chemical Inspection of Food and the problems existing in the traditional classroom teaching,this article explores the mixed teaching mode combining online and offline for the theoretical teaching of Physical and Chemical Inspection of Food in health inspection and quarantine major of Chongqing Medical University,elaborates how to carry out the overall design of the mixed teaching before,during and after class,and evaluates the teaching effect,which can lay a foundation for the concrete implementation of the subsequent mixed teaching.
