改良TBL教学法对临床医学专业本科实习生教学质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨改良基于团队的学习方法(team-based learning,TBL)教学法对临床医学专业本科实习生教学质量的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2020年7月苏州市第九人民医院新接收的轮转至呼吸内科的80名临床医学专业本科实习生为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40);对照组采用传统教学模式培训,观察组采用改良TBL教学法培训,均培训2周,比较两组考核成绩和教学满意度。结果培训2周,观察组理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学专业本科实习生教学中采取改良TBL教学法,能够改善教学质量,提高实习生的教学满意度。 Objective To explore the impact of improved team-based learning(TBL)teaching method on the teaching quality of clinical medicine undergraduate interns.Methods From June 2018 to July 2020,a total of 80 clinical medical undergraduate interns newly accepted by Suzhou Ninth People’s Hospital who were transferred to the department of respiratory medicine by turns were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.Control group was trained with traditional teaching mode,and the observation group was trained with improved TBL teaching method for two weeks.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of training,the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the improved TBL teaching method in the teaching of undergraduate interns of clinical medicine can improve the teaching quality and improve the teaching satisfaction of interns.
