摘要 目的研究以问题为导向(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法用于外科手术护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择湖北省荆门市中医医院泌尿肛肠外科于2021年1—6月接收的120名手术护理实习生,以随机抽取的方式对其进行对等分组,A组(n=60),采用传统教学方法开展临床带教,B组(n=60),采用PBL教学法开展临床带教,总结分析2组的临床带教效果。结果考核结果显示,B组实习生的护理理论成绩、护理实践操作成绩相较于A组均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)(t=32.944,t=30.701);B组的问诊、生命体征监测、无菌操作以及急救护理术等成绩评分相较于A组均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)(t=36.181,t=24.622,t=22.428,t=18.684);且B组实习生对于带教方法的总满意度相较于A组也明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.981,P<0.05)。结论在外科手术护理临床带教中采用PBL教学法可有效提升实习生的护理专业理论知部分与实践操作成绩,带教质量较高,得到了实习生的高度认可。 Objective To study the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of surgical nursing.Methods A total of 120 surgical nursing interns admitted to the department of uroanorectal surgery,Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hubei Province from January to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into equal groups.Group A(n=60)adopted traditional teaching methods to carry out clinical teaching;group B(n=60)adopted PBL teaching method to carry out clinical teaching.Summarize and analyze the clinical teaching effect of 2 groups.Results The results showed that the nursing theoretical scores of interns in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)(t=32.944,t=30.701).The scores of vital-sign monitoring aseptic operation and emergency nursing in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)(t=36.181,t=24.622,t=22.428,t=18.684).In addition,the total satisfaction of interns in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.981,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of surgical nursing can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and practical performance of the nursing profession of interns,and the teaching quality is high,which is highly recognized by the interns.
