摘要 目的 探索3D打印技术在创伤骨科临床病例教学中的应用效果和积极意义。方法 选取2019年9月—2021年9月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科创伤专业组进行临床学习的医生或医学生118名,连续开展2次骨科创伤病例教学课程,分别为传统教学和3D打印教学,两次课程结束后通过随堂测试和调查问卷评价教学效果。结果 研究对象在3D打印教学后的随堂测试中,骨折类型与国际分型、手术切口设计与入路选择、固定方式的选择和内固定位置等3个模块得分显著高于传统教学后的随堂测试,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);分别有97.46%、94.92%、98.31%、92.37%和94.07%的研究对象认为3D打印病例教学有助于辅助理解病例骨折情况、辅助病例手术方案设计、提高骨科手术理解程度、提高病例教学学习兴趣及提高骨科临床工作兴趣。结论 3D打印技术对创伤骨科临床病例教学有积极意义,教学效果良好。 Objective To explore the application effect and positive significance of 3D printing technology in traumatic orthopedic clinical case teaching. Methods A total of 118 doctors or medical students who received clinical study in the orthopedic trauma professional group of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College from September 2019 to September 2021were selected to carry out two consecutive orthopedic trauma case teaching courses, namely traditional teaching and 3D printing teaching. After the two courses, in-class test and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results In the in-class test after 3D printing teaching, the scores of fracture type, vascular and nerve location judgment, surgical approach selection, surgical fixation method and internal fixation placement were significantly higher than those in the in-class test after traditional teaching, with statistical significance(P<0.05).97.46%, 94.92%, 98.31%, 92.37% and 94.07% of the subjects believed that 3D printing case teaching was helpful to assist understanding of case fracture, assist case surgical plan design, improve understanding of orthopedic surgery, improve interest in case teaching and learning and improve interest in orthopedic clinical work, respectively.Conclusion 3D printing technology has positive significance to the teaching of traumatic orthopedic clinical cases, and the teaching effect is good.
