伦理是医学的固有基因。伦理道德素养是医务人员的必备素养。在社会变迁过程中,医务人员伦理道德素养的提升受到更多期待。高等医学院校教师的师德水平对医学生伦理道德素养的培育影响深远。师德教育是提升师德水平的必经之路。进入新时代,高等医学院校应着眼于“立德树人”根本任务,秉持“以人为本”新教育理念,力求学校、教师和学生的协同发展。高等医学院校应以教师师德与医务人员医德的契合点为着力点,优化具有医学特色的师德教育体系:构建“差异化”师德教育目标体系,实施“精准化”师德教育内容体系,创新“融合化”师德教育模式体系,落实“持续化”师德自我教育体系,并给予全方位保障,以促进教师综合素养的提升,为培养新时代德智体美劳全面发展的医学人才奠定基础。

Medicine is humane art.Ethics is an important part of medical technology.Ethical and moral quality is necessary for medical staff.With the great change of economic structure in society,the improvement of medical staff’s ethical and moral quality is more expected.The level of teachers’morality in medical colleges and universities has a far-reaching influence on the cultivation of medical students’morality.The teacher’s moral education is the main channel to improve the level of teachers’ethics.In the new era,the medical colleges and universities should focus on the implementation of the fundamental tasks of“morality and talent cultivation”and adhere to the new educational concept of“people-oriented”,so that the coordinated development of universities,teachers and students can be achieved.Focusing on the parts where the requirements of teachers’ethics are consistent with those of medical ethics,the medical colleges and universities should optimize the teacher’s ethics education system with medical characteristics.The ways to achieve the above mentioned goals can be as follows:to build“differentiated”teacher’s ethics education target system so as to improve the accessibility of the goal of teacher ethics education,to implement the“accurate”teacher ethics education content system so as to improve the pertinence of teachers’ethics education,to innovate the“integrated”teacher ethics education model system so as to enhance the attractiveness of teacher ethics education,to implement the“sustainable”teacher self-education system so as to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ethics education.Furthermore,it is important for the medical colleges and universities to provide all-round guarantee in order that all the measures above can be most effective,reculting in the improvement of the comprehensive quality of teachers and students,which will lay the foundation for social harmony and stability.
