新形势对医学教育等造成巨大影响,特别许多线下教育转为线上。神经外科临床教学原本作为一种特殊的医学教学,需要通过大量的线下实践操作让学员提高熟练度和加深教学印象,但在新形势变化下也要大量逐渐转为线上教学。相对来说,线上教学能够突破人数、时间、空间和内容等限制,但也有学员代入感不强、互动不足和受平台影响等缺点。因此,在教学中更应该通过思政教育、质量管控、丰富教学方法、整合网络资源和提升学员批判思维等方法尽量减少线上教学带来的负面影响,通过不断的实践和思考,探索适用于新形势下的神经外科临床医学教学新模式,发掘多元化教学方法,实现神经外科临床教学水平的提高。

The new situation has a great impact on medical education,especially as much offline education has moved online.Clinical teaching of neurosurgery was originally a special medical teaching,which needs to improve students’proficiency and deepen their learning impression through a large number of offline practices.However,under the new situation,a large number of online teaching should be gradually transformed.Relatively speaking,online teaching can break through the limitations of number of students,time,space and content,but it also has disadvantages such as poor sense of inclusion,insufficient interaction and platform influence.Therefore,the quality control of ideological and political education should be used to enrich the teaching methods Integrate network resources and improve students’critical thinking and other methods to minimize the negative impact brought by online teaching.Through continuous practice and thinking,explore a new teaching model suitable for neurosurgery clinical medicine under the new situation,explore diversified teaching methods,and achieve the improvement of clinical teaching level of neurosurgery.
