A new method of design, construction, and operation of security systems in the field of cybersecurity is proposed. Through the intrinsic security framework, the cybersecurity capabilities and the digital environment are integrated, to achieve deep integration and comprehensive coverage with information technology. With the method of system engineering and enterprise architecture, combined with the endogenous security concept, and from a systematic and global perspective, a new dynamic and comprehensive network security defense system can be built.
