摘要
进一步研究刷式密封的迟滞特性,对无压差下刷式密封的刷丝力学特性进行研究。首先对无压差工作下的刷式密封的刷丝进行受力分析,基于大变形理论对刷丝的形变进行求解得出解析解。然后使用ABAQUS商用软件构建无压差下刷式密封迟滞特性模型,与前人的数据进行对比验证模型的正确性。最后将刷丝的形变数值模拟结果与解析解结果进行对比。研究结果表明,所建立的无压差下刷式密封迟滞特性模型与前人数据基本一致,解析解与数值模拟结果误差很小。
To further study the hysteresis characteristics of brush seal, this paper studies the mechanical properties of bristle under nonpressure difference. Firstly, the force analysis of the bristle under non-pressure difference was carried out, and the analytical solution was obtained based on the nonlinear theory. Then, commercial software ABAQUS was used to build the hysteresis characteristic model of brush seal without differential pressure, and the correctness of the model was verified by comparing with previous data. Finally, the results of numerical simulation and analytical solution were compared. The results show that the hysteresis model of brush seal under nonpressure is basically consistent with the previous data, and the error between analytical solution and numerical simulation is very small.
