工业内窥镜弯角锁定装置的轻量化设计

摘要 为实现工业内窥镜在控制弯角时随转随停的功能,设计了弯角锁定装置并利用ANSYS软件进行静力学分析。结果表明,刚强度满足设计要求且可以继续优化。以最小质量为优化目标,对关键零部件外周圈单元进行轻量化设计,将优化后的模型再次进行静力学分析验证刚强度可行性,并对优化前后模型的静态特性对比分析。结果表明,优化后的模型质量减少了18.9%,最大应力和位移虽有些许的增加,但均在刚强度设计要求内,确定了拓扑优化的可行性。 In order to realize the function of industrial endoscope control,the angle locking device is designed and static analysis is carried out using ANSYS software.The results show that the rigid strength meets the design requirements and can be optimized.The peripheral circle units of the key components were lightweight designed with the minimum mass as the target,and the optimized model is again subjected to static analysis to verify the feasibility of rigid strength,and the static characteristics of the model before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.The results show that the optimized model mass is reduced by 18.9%,and the maximum stress and displacement are both within the rigid strength design requirements although a bit increased,which indicates the feasibility of topological optimization.
