摘要
轴流叶片弯掠设计可以改善风机流场,优化轴流风机的气动性能。为了探究叶片弯掠设计对风机气动性能的影响,用控制曲线描述轴流风机翼型参数和弯掠值沿着叶高方向的变化,实现了轴流叶形的参数化。在STAR CCM+软件中建立CFD模型,对不同弯掠组合的轴流风机的气动性能进行数值模拟,对叶片表面静压分布以及风机静压-风量性能曲线进行了分析,讨论了轴流叶形弯掠设计对风机气动性能的影响,为轴流风机的优化提供了依据。
The design of skewing and sweeping axial flow blades can improve the flow field and optimize the aerodynamic performance of axial flow fan. In order to explore the influence of blade skewing and sweeping design on the aerodynamic performance of fan, the control curve is used to describe the changes of airfoil parameters and skewing and sweeping values of axial flow fan along the direction of blade height to realize the parameterization of axial flow blade shape. CFD model is established in STAR CCM+ software to simulate the aerodynamic performance of axial-flow fans with different skewing and sweeping combinations. The static pressure distribution on blade surface and the static pressure-air flow curve of fan are analyzed. The influence of the design of axial-flow blade skewing and sweeping on the aerodynamic performance of fan is discussed, which provides basis for the optimization of axial-flow fan.
