摘要
针对工业制造过程中面临的大量异构设备沟通困难、数据分析时延大等问题,分析探讨了基于云边协同的流程制造工艺参数优化模型。对流程制造过程中存在的优化问题进行分析,构建云边协同的优化框架以及边缘计算平台的部署,通过云端与边缘端的协同配置,为实现智能生产线工艺过程中的参数优化提供理论支持,结合Edgex Foundry边缘计算平台,实现了在云边协同服务模式下物联网数据的接入技术以及边缘智能网关功能验证,为促进产品制造过程中参数的优化问题提供一种新的方法和技术手段。
Aiming at the problems of difficult communication of a large number of heterogeneous devices and large data analysis delay in the industrial manufacturing process, the process parameter optimization model of process manufacturing based on cloud edge collaboration is analyzed and discussed. Firstly, the optimization problems existing in the process manufacturing process are analyzed,and the optimization framework of cloud edge collaboration and the deployment of edge computing platform are constructed. Through the collaborative configuration of cloud and edge, it provides theoretical support for the parameter optimization in the process of intelligent production line. Combined with Edgex Foundry edge computing platform, it realizes the access technology of Internet of Things data and the function verification of edge intelligent gateway under the cloud edge collaborative service mode. It provides a new method and technical means to promote the optimization of parameters in product manufacturing process.
