利用雪崩三极管的高频纳秒脉冲叠加器的研究

摘要 利用雪崩三极管(BJT)的Marx发生器可实现高频、纳秒级脉冲前沿的重频放电,有利于高浓度低温等离子体的产生。针对直流电源充电效率低、充电速度慢且BJT在高重频下功耗过大致使器件过热损坏的问题,提出了一种新颖的基于串联谐振充电的Marx发生器,使用Pspice仿真软件验证了电路的可行性,并分析电路参数对电容充电时间的影响。确定电路参数后,搭建实验电路。通过2路脉冲源共同承担总功率,提高放电频率的同时降低开关损耗。实验结果表明,脉冲源在50Ω的负载上得到了放电电压为850 V、放电频率为50 kHz的负脉冲。 The Marx generator using an avalanche transistor(BJT) enables refrequency discharge of the leading edge of high-frequency,nanosecond pulses, which facilitates the generation of high-concentration low-temperature plasma. Aiming at the problems of low DC power charging efficiency, slow charging speed and excessive power consumption of BJT at high heavy frequency, resulting in overheating damage to the device, a novel Marx generator based on series resonant charging is proposed, and the feasibility of the circuit is verified by Pspice simulation software, and the influence of circuit parameters on the charging time of the capacitor is analyzed. After determining the circuit parameters, the experimental circuit is built. The total power is shared by two pulse sources, increasing the discharge frequency while reducing switching losses. Experimental results show that the pulse source obtains a negative pulse with a discharge voltage of 850 V and a discharge frequency of 50 kHz on a load of 50 Ω.
