摘要
为探究加料喷嘴不同料液喷管伸缩距离下,协同不同加料引射蒸汽压力调整对烟叶加料效果的影响。设计3个料液喷管内缩距离值,2组引射蒸汽压力,以在线生产批次为单位,开展加料试验。对试验过程中的料液施加均匀性、加料机桶壁黏附量、加料喷射状态、烟叶出料温度和水分等指标进行记录分析,以考查试验设计条件对加料效果的影响。结果表明,喷嘴料液喷管内缩距离为7.58 mm时,调整喷嘴蒸汽引射压力1.2/1.3 bar的加料均匀性系数在试验调整中最高,样品中丙二醇含量标准偏差最小;喷嘴料液喷管内缩距离在7.58 mm,引射蒸汽压力为1.2/1.3 bar时的试验烟叶桶壁黏附量最小;在试验设计条件下,加料喷射料液均能充分雾化,无跑、冒、滴、漏现象,试验批次内和批次间烟叶的出料温度及出料水分差异不大,均在标准要求范围内。
To explore the influence of coordinated adjustment of casing flavour nozzle retraction distance and injection steam pressure on casing effects.Three values of the casing flavour nozzle retraction distance and two groups of injection steam pressure were designed.The casing test was carried out by taking the on-line production batch as the unit.The uniformity of the casing,the adhesion amount of casing cylinder,the spraying state of casing and the temperature and moisture of test tobacco of casing cylinder output end,etc were recorded and analyzed to investigate the effect of experimental design conditions on the casing effect.The result showed that:When the casing flavour nozzle retraction distance was 7.58 mm,the casing uniformity coefficient of adjusting the nozzle steam injection pressure of 1.2/1.3 bar was the highest in the test adjustment,and the standard deviation of propylene glycol content in the sample is the smallest.When the casing flavour nozzle retraction distance was 7.58 mm and the injection steam pressure was 1.2/1.3 bar,the adhesion amount of casing cylinder was the smallest.Under the experimental design conditions,the spraying liquid of casing can be fully atomized without running,emitting,dripping and leaking.There was little difference in the temperature and moisture of test tobacco of casing cylinder output end within and between the experimental batches,which were within the standard requirements.
