凝集素具有多种多样的生物活性,作为重要的生物活性物质、药物载体和分子识别工具,在生物工程、医药及食品等领域有着重要广泛的用途。大连地区具有丰富的海洋软体生物资源,是具有结构新颖的特殊生理活性凝集素的重要来源。综述了大连地区常见海洋软体动物凝集素的分离提取和生物活性研究现状,旨在为大连地区海洋生物资源深入开发利用提供参考。

Lectins have a variety of biological activities.Lectins have important and wide applications in the fields of bioengineering,medicine and food due to their important bioactive substances,drug carriers and molecular recognition tools.Dalian is an area rich in marine mollusc resources,which are important sources of lectins with novel structure and special physiological activity.In this paper,isolation,extraction and bioactivity of lectins from common marine molluscs were reviewed to provide reference for the further development and utilization of marine biological resources in Dalian.
