摘要
工程教育认证旨在培养国际化的工程师,强调成果导向教育理念,即OBE。食品科学与工程专业是培养食品领域工程师的重要学科,专业实验与实训是重要的实践课程,是决定能否培养出解决复杂食品工程问题的国际化工程师的关键环节。通过比较分析了传统专业实验和OBE理念下的专业实验与实训的教学区别及存在的问题,旨在探索该课程的教学改革方法,以期为实践教学提供参考。
Engineering education certification aims to train international engineers and emphasizes the concept of result oriented education,namely OBE.Food science and engineering is an important discipline for training engineers in the field of food.Professional experiment and training are important practical courses,which is the key link for training international engineers to solve complex food engineering problems.By comparing and analyzing the teaching differences and existing problems between traditional professional experiment and professional experiment and training based on the OBE conception,this paper aimed to explore the teaching reform methods of the course,in order to provide reference for practical teaching.
