苏北食品产业人才需求现状和人才聚集策略研究

Research on Talent Demand Status and Talent Gathering Strategy of Food Industry in Northern Jiangsu

摘要 梳理了国内食品产业的发展趋势和苏北食品产业的发展现状,调研分析了食品产业、企业发展变化对食品行企人才需求的影响变化和苏北食品企业人才需求现状。结合苏北地域和经济发展实际情况,借鉴马斯洛需求层次理论,从政府、产业、企业、城市等方面提出了吸引、留住人才的策略和建议,以期为苏北食品产业发展决策和实现人才强业提供理论参考。 The development trend of the domestic food industry and the development status of the food industry in northern Jiangsu was summarized,and the impact of changes in the food industry and enterprise development on the demand for talents in food companies and the current situation of talent demand in food enterprises in northern Jiangsu were investigated and analyzed in this paper.Combined with the actual situation of regional and economic development in northern Jiangsu,and referring to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,and strategies and suggestions for attracting and retaining talents were put forward from the aspects of government,industry,enterprise and city,in order to provide theoretical reference for the decision-making of food industry development in northern Jiangsu and the realization of talent strengthening industry.
