Research on the Development Trend of 5G Message Technology from the Perspective of Patent Intelligence

2019年是5G商用元年,5G时代已经全面开启。作为运营商的一种基础电信服务,5G消息是短信业务的升级,也是5G业务及5G行业发展不可或缺的一环。本文首先介绍5G消息的起源,探究5G消息目前的产业现状,随后系统性剖析了5G消息领域的专利布局态势,重点对5G消息全局趋势和关键技术进行了专利分析,包括全球申请趋势、技术原创国分布和趋势、申请人布局特点,以及P2P和A2P技术分支的专利布局状况,最后对如何加强相关知识产权保护提出了具体建议和策略。

2019 is the first year of 5G commercial use,and the 5G era has been fully opened.As a basic telecom service of operators,5G message is an upgrade of SMS service and an indispensable part of the development of 5G service and 5G industry.This paper first introduces the origin of 5G message,explores the current industrial status of 5G message,and then systematically analyzes the patent layout in the field of 5G message,focusing on the global trend of 5G message and patent analysis of key technologies,including the global application trend,the distribution and trend of original technology countries,and the characteristics of applicant layout,and the patent layout of P2P and A2P technology branch.Finally put forward specific suggestions and strategies on how to strengthen the protection of related intellectual property.
