陈鸿猷《管见医案》证治经验探颐

Analysis on Syndrome Treatment Experience of CHEN Hongyou’s Guan Jian Yi An

《管见医案》集中体现了清代新安医家陈鸿猷行医40余年学术思想和临证经验。59则医案内容多涉及内外妇儿诸科危重急症,可谓医案遗珍。陈氏融会各家之学,尤宗张景岳,详审内外虚实、贵在诊脉,并重脾胃气血,善用温补。临证上悉心审辨察病机,用药独到,常以阴阳为本,依据时令进行四时辨证,择时给药。其善用甘温之品,巧用单方验方。《管见医案》是中医古籍稀有版本,其学术思想对于固本培元学说的发展具有拓展性的贡献,同时对后世医家临证具有重要的指导意义。本文从《管见医案》辨治思想及临证经验进行探析,以期为临床实践提供借鉴指导。

Guan Jian Yi An is a concentrated embodiment of Xin’an physician CHEN Hongyou’s academic thoughts and clinical experience over the 40 years of medical practice in Qing dynasty. The 59 medical cases mostly involve the critical and acute cases of women, children, inside and outside multidisciplinary disease, which can be described as a treasure of medical cases. CHEN Hongyou integrated the study of many doctors, especially the theory of ZHANG Jingyue;detailed examination of internal and external deficiency, attached great importance to the pulse;pay equal attention to spleen, stomach, Qi and blood, and make good use of warm tonic. CHEN Hongyou carefully examined the pathogenesis, and used medicine to treat various diseases, for example, maked good use of sweet and warm medicines based on Yin and Yang;used unilateral and verification methods skillfully;Syndrome differentiation according to seasons of drug administration. Guan Jian Yi An is a rare edition of an ancient Chinese medicine book, Which has extended contribution to the development of the theory of consolidation and Peiyuan, and has important guiding significance to the later doctors. This paper analyzes the academic thought basis and clinical experience characteristics of Guan Jian Yi An in order to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.
