Experience of XU’s Pediatric in Using "Warming and Astringing Method" on Enuresis Treatment

文章总结徐氏儿科温固法理法内涵以及现代对温固法的传承创新和临证运用。徐小圃、徐仲才父子注重固护小儿元阳,针对儿童生理病理特点结合下元虚寒的病机常常以“温固法”治疗小儿遗尿,处方善用附子以温培脾肾、收敛固涩,临证用药更是注重灵活加减。随时代变化小儿体质特点也发生了变化,现代儿童虽有阳气不足但虚寒较轻。徐氏儿科学术继承人姜永红教授灵活运用徐氏父子“温固法”的治疗理念并赋予其新的内涵,认为治疗本病应以温肾固涩、益气调肺、开窍醒神为法,并拟制了鹿桑止遗方。

The article summarizes the connotation of XU’s "warming and astringing method" in pediatrics, as well as the inheritance, innovation and clinical application of modern warming and astringing method. XU Xiaopu and XU Zhongcai paid attention to protecting children’s Yuanyang. According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children and combined with the pathogenesis of Xiayuan deficiency and cold, XU’s pediatrics uses "warming and astringing method" to treats enuresis in children, makes good use of Radix fuzi, aiming to nourish spleen and kidney by warm cultivation, absorbing and astringent, and they prescribes flexibly adding and subtracting. With the changes of the times, children’s physical characteristics have changed. Although today’s children also have Yang Qi deficiency, but their deficiency cold will be lighter than before. Professor JIANG Yonghong, the academic successor of XU’s pediatrics, flexibly applies the treatment concept of "warming and astringing method" of XU’s pediatrics and endowed it with new connotation. She believes that the treatment of children with enuresis can warm the kidney and solidify the astringency, invigorate the Qi and regulate the lung, and open the orifices and refresh the mind, and she draws up the empirical prescription of Lusang Zhiyi recipe.
