宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合氨甲蝶呤治疗异位妊娠患者的效果

Effects of ectopic pregnancy Ⅱ decoction combined with Methotrexate in treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合氨甲蝶呤治疗异位妊娠患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月该院收治的60例异位妊娠患者进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、观察组各30例。对照组采用氨甲蝶呤单药治疗,观察组采用宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合氨甲蝶呤治疗。比较两组康复效果[包块吸收时间、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)恢复正常(<5 U/L)时间和住院时间]、治疗前后雌激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))及促黄体生成素(LH)]水平、神经激素(神经肽Y、P物质)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组包块吸收时间、β-HCG恢复正常时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组E_(2)、FSH、LH水平和神经肽Y、P物质水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合氨甲蝶呤治疗异位妊娠患者效果显著,能有效缩短包块吸收时间、β-HCG恢复正常时间、住院时间,降低E_(2)、FSH、LH、神经肽Y及P物质水平,且安全性良好,效果优于单用氨甲蝶呤。

Objective: To investigate effects of ectopic pregnancy II decoction combined with Methotrexate in treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to this hospital from January 2020to December 2021. These patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Methotrexate monotherapy, while the observation group was treated with ectopic pregnancy II decoction combined with Methotrexate. The mass absorption time, the β-HCG recovery time, the hospitalization time, the estrogen levels [follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E_(2)) and luteinizing hormone(LH)] before and after the treatment, the neuropeptide Y and substance P levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The mass absorption time, the β-HCG recovery time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of E_(2), FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the levels of neuropeptide Y and substance P in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Ectopic pregnancy II decoction combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is significantly effective.It can effectively shorten the mass absorption time, the β-HCG recovery time, the hospitalization time, reduce the levels of E_(2), FSH, LH, neuropeptide Y and substance P, and has good safety. Moreover, it is superior to single Methotrexate.
