弹力粘贴绷带固定与成品护具固定治疗运动所致急性踝关节扭伤患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of elastic adhesive bandage fixation and finished protective device fixation in treatment of acute ankle sprain caused by exercise

目的:比较弹力粘贴绷带固定与成品护具固定治疗运动所致急性踝关节扭伤患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年11月该院收治的106例急性踝关节扭伤患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组采用成品护具固定,观察组采用弹力粘贴绷带固定,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后Kofoed评分、踝关节周长、肿胀消失时间、恢复正常行走时间和可执行跳跃运动时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的84.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Kofoed评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组踝关节周长均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿胀消失时间、恢复正常行走时间和可执行跳跃运动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:弹力粘贴绷带固定治疗急性踝关节扭伤患者可提高治疗总有效率和Kofoed评分,缩短肿胀消失时间、恢复正常行走时间和可执行跳跃运动时间,缩小踝关节周长,效果优于成品护具固定。

Objective: To compare effects of elastic adhesive bandage fixation and finished protective device fixation in treatment of acute ankle sprain caused by exercise. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 106 patients with acute ankle sprain admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to November 2021. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 53cases in each group. The control group was fixed with finished protective device, while the observation group was fixed with elastic adhesive bandage.After 14 days of treatment, the total effective rate, the Kofoed score and the ankle circumference were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Further, after 30 days of follow-up, the swelling disappearance time, the normal walking time and the jumping movement time were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.23%, which was higher than 84.91% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the Kofoed scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the ankle circumference levels of the two groups were smaller than those before the treatment, and that of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the swelling disappearance time, the normal walking time and the jumping movement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Elastic adhesive bandage fixation in the treatment of the patients with acute ankle sprain can improve the total effective rate and the Kofoed scores of the patients with acute ankle sprain, shorten the swelling disappearance time, the normal walking time and the jumping movement time, and reduce the ankle circumference. Moreover, it is superior to finished protective device.
