快速康复外科理念护理在腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effects of fast track surgery concept nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy

目的:观察快速康复外科(FTS)理念护理在腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月该院收治的110例行腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用FTS理念护理,比较两组康复指标(首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间以及住院时间)水平、并发症发生率和护理前后生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]评分。结果:观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.64%(2/55),低于对照组的14.55%(8/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组躯体疼痛、生理职能、精神健康、生理功能、一般健康状况、活力、社会功能、情感职能等SF-36评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FTS理念护理应用于腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者有助于缩短术后康复时间,降低并发症发生率,以及提高患者生命质量,效果优于常规护理。

Objective: To observe application effects of fast track surgery(FTS) concept nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 110 patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 55 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given the FTS concept nursing. The rehabilitation index levels(first exhaust time, first defecation time, first ambulation time and hospitalization time), the incidence of complications, and the quality of life [short form health survey(SF-36)] score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results: The first exhaust time, the first defecation time, the first ambulation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.64%(2/55), which was lower than 14.55%(8/55) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the nursing, the SF-36 scores of physical pain, physiological function, mental health, physiological role, general health status, vitality, social function and emotional function in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The FTS concept nursing applied to the patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy can help shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life. Moreover, it is superior to the routine nursing.
